Lize has been committed to the Hoofdzaken project for almost 1.5 years now. A project in which young experience experts use their knowledge to improve mental health care. She is a real go-getter with a lot of knowledge.
In the project, Lize contributed to the creation of new guidelines and training in the field of young people with psychological vulnerabilities. She has shared her knowledge with current and future mental health professionals (even at European level). Lize is a committed and flexible woman who always does her best to be ready for the project. She can work independently and takes responsibility for everything I ask her for. She always prepares down to the last detail. She is also open to feedback and knows how to apply it in the next situation.
Lize has a professional attitude but is also good at showing her humanity. She is a charming person who is very nice to work with, not only for me, but also for her fellow experience experts.
